  2. The Enclosure Editor dialog box opens.

  2. Edit any of the information fields in the dialog box.
  3. Click Update to save the information in the database.

Create an Enclosure

  2. Select the type of enclosure to create (Manhole or Handhole).
  3. Enter Manufacturer, Part Number, Material, and Cost (Optional).
  4. Select the Cell representing the enclosure and click Add (located at the bottom of the dialog) to add this enclosure to the enclosure list.
  5. Enter a Name and dimensions for the enclosure wall being defined. The units of measure must be the same units as conduit (i.e., inches, feet, cm).
  6. Click Add and continue defining the remaining enclosure walls.
  7. Click Rep Layout to define the enclosure wall layout.
  8. Choose the Layout Type (Sequence or Butterfly) and click OK.

  9. To switch walls, hold down the left mouse button, select the first wall that needs to be switched and drag it to its new wall position.
  10. Once the walls sequencing is done, click OK to exit.
  11. Click Update to save the information in the database, or click Close and the enclosure changes are not saved. If you click Close, an Alert window opens verifying that you want to exit without saving.

Delete an Enclosure

Highlight the enclosure in the Enclosure List and click Delete. The enclosure removes from the database.

Note: An enclosure already used in the network cannot be deleted.
